Privacy Policy

What this site collects when you send a message or a job application, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message, plus the service and timing you pick from the menus. The barber application form asks for your name, phone number, email address and, if you choose to give them, your years of experience, your license status, a link to your work and a short note.

The site does not ask for payment details and never handles a card number. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than requested from a third party.

Why we collect it

To answer you. A contact message is used to reply to your question about a cut, a price or a time. An application is used to contact you about working at the shop and to assess whether you're a fit.

Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing.

How it gets to us

Form submissions are passed through the shop's website provider, which routes them into the shop's enquiry inbox. That provider processes the message on the shop's behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

If you book an appointment, that happens on a third-party booking platform under its own privacy policy — this site never sees your booking.

The embedded map

The contact page embeds a Google map so you can see where the shop is. Loading that map means your browser contacts Google, and Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. Every other page on this site works without it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they're useful for answering you and keeping a record of the conversation. Applications are kept while the shop is hiring, and for a reasonable period after in case a chair opens up.

Your choices

You can ask to see what the shop holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call (872) 946-7059 or come into the shop at 4202 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60641 and ask — it will be handled.

The forms on this site are not for children. Please don't send us information about anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this one on this page and the date at the top changes with it.
